Description: This introductory consultation is perfect for clients who simply want to maintain or improve their hair health and consistency in their salon visits. During this session, we’ll review your hair’s current condition, discuss your goals, and outline the best service plan for you — from silk presses to treatments and styling. You’ll receive personalized recommendations on maintenance frequency, at-home care, and professional treatments to keep your hair healthy between visits.

This consultation is required before booking any sew-in extension service at C.W. Hair & Scalp Solutions. During this consultation we will evaluate your hair density, leave-out area, and scalp health to determine the safest and most appropriate extension method for your hair. We will also discuss hair bundle recommendations, installation planning, and maintenance expectations. This consultation allows us to create a customized extension plan that supports both the beauty and health of your natural hair. Important: Sew-in services cannot be booked without completing this consultation first.

Description: This virtual or in-person consultation is for clients who want to understand their scalp health and build a regimen for success. Using microscopic scalp analysis and my professional guidance, we’ll uncover what’s behind issues like flaking, oiliness, or irritation. You’ll leave with a customized scalp and product regimen designed for at-home use and long-term improvement.

For new clients with visible thinning, hair loss, or chronic shedding who need in-depth analysis and a full wellness-based treatment plan. Description: This detailed session includes microscopic scalp analysis and lab reading to identify underlying factors affecting your hair growth. You’ll receive a professional treatment plan, supplement and product guidance, and referrals when necessary.
